Food Items For a Low Sodium Diet?
I am trying to start a low sodium diet with minimal carbohydrates (low in bad calories) because of a medical condition. I do not want to have to go to a specialty store to get these foods. I just want to go to a grocery store. I also do not want protein/ power bars or drinks. I want normal, everyday foods. Bonus points if the foods that are not processed, chopped, or pressed. I AM LOOKING FOR LOW SODIUM, NOT HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO POST ADVERTISEMENTS, GO ELSE WHERE.
I am looking for specific foods that meet this criteria. Lay out a good diet. I would appreciate the help.

Hi,
I myself suffer from High Bp and their are some great alternatives.Fake salt at the store and sea salt will help and you can find it from any grocer. Can vegetables are loaded with salts so try to eat fresh when ever you can and stay away from regular soda drink diet because it has a vey low salt content.Just like I believe it is not butter they make a salt substitute just about the same.Julie
