I don&#039;t remember it being this complicated years ago when I went on this diet.  By the way, your videos are great!  Wow, you have done really well on the diet!  Thank you again for answering all my questions.

		<description>@LKLawson1 Yep, that is why the cups approach works better for me.  I think trying to nail 12-15g per day of veggies while staying below 20g per day just puts the dieter back into spreadsheet territory and makes the diet more difficult than it needs to be.

It is hard to mess up the original 3 cups (or 2/1) per day approach, and while some days might only be 10-12g of carbs, that&#039;s fine.  Check out the video on YT I referred to for more of my thoughts why 2002 beats 2010 approach.</description>

When I said 13g left for veggies and other items, say you had 3-4 oz of cheese that is 3g of carbs. Or more eggs, that&#039;s .6g each.  Avocados and olives have carbs, same with sour cream. </description>

Right?  So I have dressing at lunch but I have reached 5 carbs, so I can&#039;t have any for my dinner salad.  I hope you understand what I am saying.  Thanks!  </description>
