Low carbohydrate diet?

Im going on a low carbohydrate diet but it seems that every food I like has Carbs. I need a list of food with low or no carbohydrates

    the only thing that you have to do is when you are at the store, look at the foods you want to buy and look how many carbs are in it.

    vegetables are low-glycemic carbs, you’re best bet… any proteins like meat, chicken, and fish have no carbs

    Don’t do it.

    There are 3 macro nutrients. 1. protein, 2. carbs, 3. fat

    Tell me. does it make sense to stop eating any one of these? Do you think you will get all of the nutrients that you need?

    carbs have almost everything you need. Protein, vitamins and minerals. And guess what? It doesn’t have anything that you don’t need.

    eat huge amounts of vegetables, 5 pieces of fruit and smaller amounts of meat.

    No do some exercise and get plenty of sleep.
