Massive Headache and Low/Good Carb Diet question..?
I am under the care of a nutritionist and she has put me on a low carb eating plan. I have done very well but fell off the wagon.
So, I am starting again but this time I am having massive headaches everyday around the same time. I am not hungry so I can’t figure this out. I am not restricting my carb intake as much as I am eating "good carbs".
Has anyone had this happen and how long did it last.
I did not have this when I first started the eating plan.
Brenden, what a novel idea. Who would have thought that I should ask my nurtitionist.. Thanks for telling me. I am a moron and would never have thought to do that myself.
Oh yeah, she is out of the office until next week
