Protein diet please help?
Hi im going to go on a high protein, low carbohydrate diet to get rid of my flab.
I was wondering if I should make it low fat too? If so please say
I am also asking about what names of food I should eat that are under this diet, even special meals that you made up or well known ones that are good and could you tell me what of these foods I can eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks please?

it’s difficult to follow a high-protein diet without eating a lot of meat, people will likely be consuming more saturated fat. It is advisable to limit saturated fat to less than 10 percent of your total calories, which is difficult, if not impossible, on many high-protein diet regimens that focus on mostly eating meats. Meat, eggs and dairy products contain saturated fats, and eating too much of them can raise artery-clogging cholesterol levels in the blood, a known risk factor for heart disease.
From personal experience (having tried the protein diet), I would suggest a diet based on high fiber instead of protein.
Foods high in fiber tend to contain significantly less amounts of fat and calories. In order to lose that ‘flab’ you must consume less calories than you are taking in. A diet high in protein will make this extremely difficult. Fiber fills you up faster and maintains that satisfied feeling. Foods mainly consisting of fiber are whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and beans. Don’t get me wrong though, eat protein. Eat eggs, fish, milk, steak and whatever else. Just don’t focus on mainly protein. focus more on your fibers and you will be more succesful in your weight loss. I promice.
