What are high protein foods for someone who is a vegetarian?
I’m a vegetarian, but I’d like to start a high protein, low carbohydrate diet. What are some high protein foods that aren’t meat (and nuts)?

Pasta is really good for protein. im in soccer and my coach says to eat a lot of protein such as pasta. hope this helped
