What are some low carb foods?
I just realized that lately I have been exercising routinely but still am not able to get that little belly fat I have off. I want to go on a low carbohydrate diet so that the fat can be burned. I just don’t know what food to eat when going on these kind of diets. Can someone please recommend me what food to eat that has no carbohydrates at all. Also, should I go on a carbohydrate free diet or is that not possible? Thanks in advance for your answers.

The only food that is totally carb free is meat. Most vegetables are very low in carbs. Avoid potatos, corn, and carrots. All types of bread, pasta, and fruit are loaded with carbs.

Targetted weight reduction is quite tough, many would state impossible, but the one diet that clearly worked for me was wu-yi tea, it can be checked out in the resource box underneath, they have a few free trials remaining, it has been featured in Reader’s Digest and CNN. I melted away twenty pounds, it clearly does produce results!

to go carb-free is extremely bad for you. you’re body NEEDS some carbs. the problem with america is they take in 4-6 times the carbs they need. and that’s why we’re a FAT country. Do what I do. only eat your carbs in the morning/lunch time. no carbs after 2pm. i eat lean meats/fish and veggies for dinner. (btw most veggies have no carbs). stay away from sweets (including sodas). I allow myself I small sweet a day around mid-day (to give myself time to burn it off) (if you’re trying to loss weight hardcore then NO sweets) never eat high-cal or high-carb food late in the day. and don’t eat at ALL 4 hours before bed. Makes sure you’re drink plenty of water through-out the day (8-8oz glasses is recommended) to flush out the body. and get at least 8 hours sleep a night. (sleep is very important to weight-loss as well)
btw. lean meat and a little cheese make a GREAT late in the day snack if your hungry!
here’s a site to show you low-carb foods.

You need carbs!! It is very unhealthy for you if you dont take any carbs in..it is good to eat carbs before you excercise so you get energy and you can help burn fat..that being sad a low carb diet is a good way to go…it would be better to know your weight so i can give you an estimate on how much you can consume…basically meat and healthy fats and oils have low carbs…chicken, tuna, turkey, peanut butter, almonds, oilve oil
